At The Rockhampton Grammar School, we believe a good education is about more than developing skills our students already have. Instead, it’s about giving them the space to try new things and discover what they are truly passionate about.
“Our Co-Curricular programme is designed to encourage all students to ‘have a go’. We know that participation from everyone is central to a successful school, regardless of ability or experience.”Mr Todd Wells, Director of Co-Curriculum
Our co-curricular offering at RGS is a key part of our difference, complementing academic pursuits, strengthening our community and maintaining School traditions. Our extensive on and off-site facilities provide plenty of opportunities to step out of the box.

Students play a key role in the running of several formal functions throughout the school year. Students can volunteer to be involved in setting up for functions, serving and clearing foods and/or beverages, as well as, clearing away after a function. The programme helps participants develop skills which they can use later in life or in employment.
Available to: Secondary students only.
